the lady at the front and who answers the phone is simply amazing!!! she was so sweet and so kind and so knowledgeable about the area and the different routes. i came with my boyfriend and had the most amazing time!!! it was sooo empty we were the only ones at the falls for a good hour until people showed up which was cool, beautiful falls not a far walk at all! very well kept and well maintained, they even have camping and weddings they offer as well as local blackberry jam( amaaaaaziiinggg) and snacks and drinks and floats too which is so nice to have there to purchase if wanted! i will be coming back soon!:)
